We rent a whole house in Bitburg, about 20 minutes from the gate. Three bedrooms sleep up to six, and there are two full bathrooms, so nobody is queuing at seven in the morning. Full kitchen with oven and dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a dining table everyone actually fits around.
The kitchen is a proper one and the supermarket and bakery are a short walk away, so your family can cook and you can all eat together, instead of finding a restaurant every evening.

Around the house
Pharmacy, doctors and the Cascade swimming pool are within walking distance, and the hospital is four minutes on foot. Trier is 30 minutes by car, Luxembourg City about 50.
Getting them here
Luxembourg airport is about 45 minutes away, Frankfurt-Hahn 50, Frankfurt about two hours. If you are collecting them, they do not need a rental car at all. Bitburg is walkable.
Rates
Rates start at EUR 115 per night for two people. Christmas and New Year are higher, so ask early for those dates. 5 % off from five nights, 10 % off from seven, and most family visits qualify. Everything included, nothing added at the end.
